Palmetto Fertility Center IVF Refund Program

Many people have limited financial resources to allocate towards building the family they so desperately want and deserve and, the high and sometimes unpredictable costs associated with IVF, along with the uncertain outcome, are often major concerns. Like you, we believe that having a baby should be as stress-free as possible. We have developed an IVF Refund Program available for patients interested in pursuing in-vitro fertilization (IVF) without the worrying about the cost versus the chance of success.

We are the only fertility center in South Florida to offer such an IVF Refund Program with a 100% refund.

The IVF Refund Program provides for a full 100% refund on in-cycle clinical and laboratory services associated with up to six IVF treatment cycles performed at the Palmetto Fertility Center of South Florida. This includes up to THREE fresh IVF cycles and up to THREE frozen embryo thaw cycles that result from those fresh cycles.

If a LIVE BIRTH does NOT occur after the completion of at least THREE fresh IVF cycles (and up to 3 frozen embryo transfer cycles), the patient will receive a full 100% refund of the IVF Refund Program Global Fee.

Because of the special nature of this program, eligibility is limited to women under 38 years of age, with normal ovarian reserve, a normal uterine cavity and other entry criteria. Please contact us for the eligibility requirements, and IVF Refund Handbook.

Cycles that initiate between JULY 1, 2009 TO DECEMBER 31, 2009

Global Fee for Women 34 yo and younger....................................................$24,900.00

Global Fee for Women 35 to 37 yo..................................................................$26,900.00

The fee from this program will include up to 3 fresh IVF cycles, and up to 3 frozen embryo transfers (if any) that result from those fresh IVF cycles in an attempt to conceive a pregnancy.

If you do not conceive a live birth during those attempts, 100% of your Palmetto Fertility Center fee will be funded. Medication and anesthesia fees cannot be refunded.
